On behalf of the Golden Horseshoe Recreation Council I would like to welcome you to our website. You will be able to get up to date information on Tournaments along with applications and also contact info. You can also get information on available discounts. As the New Chairperson of this Council I would like to speak about our past Chairperson Jim MacDonald. Jim passed away on December 29/08 after a long 16 month illness. Jim will be missed by many CAW members, family and friends. Jimmy ran this Council for many years, contributing in many ways doing anything he could. One of the things I would like to do is establish an emailing list or data base of interested CAW members for future events. If you would like to be added to our list please send an email to the webmaster. We promise not to swamp you with email but it is getting harder and harder to contact people about events, especially with all the retiree's and layoffs as of late.
